Before describing the “how”, allow me to first answer the “why.”

Why would you want to generate endless foreclosure leads on auto-pilot?

Because homeowners in foreclosure are in need of multiple services, such as the services of a real estate agent, attorney, credit counselor, loan modification expert or short sale negotiator.

Now if you provide these services, given that your services are top notch and based on a high level of integrity, you could make a lot of money helping a whole lot of people.  This is what members of the Short Sale Blog Ring do.  We are group of realtors that generate foreclosure leads for the purpose of informing them, listing their properties as short sales and/or selling them multiple different services (like the ones mentioned above) all through a single blog.  And we get paid handsomely for doing so.  Check out SeattleShortSaleBlog.com for a live example of what we do.

So let’s get to the point.  How do you generate foreclosure leads on auto-pilot?

You do this by setting up a website with dynamic content (ie. a blog) and reaching out to your target market as an expert and not a salesmen.  The last thing you want to do is to set up a “retail website” that screams out “use me as a Realtor” or “buy my stuff.”  Instead, you will be most successful generating quality foreclosure or preforeclosure leads by establishing yourself as an expert and providing free, valuable content for your target market.  You can accomplish this with a blog.

Once you provide content, people will come, and if the content is informative, valuable & accurate, people will trust you.  Only when you win the trust of the online community are you in a position to recommend your services for people to purchase.

Now there are some key steps in there that you absolutely must take if you ever want your website to get in front of thousands of people a month (like mine).  One of these steps is keyword research, and the other is Search Engine Optimization.  What does this mean?  Basically, you need to learn how to put yourself in the shoes of your target audience.  Then, figure out a list of keywords that your target audience would search for on Google.  After you have your list, make sure that everytime your target audience gets on Google that YOU are ranked #1 or #2 for everything they are searching for.

While this sounds simple, it takes a bit of in-depth, insider knowledge to really grasp the concept and implement into your marketing strategy.

Well, here’s the good news.  I teach a lot of this stuff…for free.
