Q: I am very excited about the Short Sale Blog Ring but I’m still confused as to what it actually is. What is it and how do I get involved?
A: Take a look at my blog, the Seattle Short Sale Blog. What I am basically teaching you to do is to create your own version of my personal short sale blog. So what do I do with my blog?
1. I write articles on this blog which generates traffic & leads for my real estate business (short sale listings & short sale buyer leads)
2. If you look on the top of my website, you’ll also see that I “recommend/sell” 4-5 different services. When people click the links on those pages, they get tracked & and I get credited for every sale.
All of those services are available for you to feature on your site & sell as well, so in order to get started, simply visit the Fast Start Guide and follow the instructions step by step.
Q: OK, so I am in the middle of setting up my blog and I understand how to write articles on my blog and post them. How do I add the Short Sale, Loan Modification, Credit Repair, Pre Paid Legal, Buyer & Realtor sections like you do on your blog?
A: If you are using our in-house blog hosting service, simply email Ken at info@shortsaleblogring.com and ask him to set up the sections for you. He will set up your contact form for the Short Sale & Buyer Section, as well as set up your affiliate link for the Realtor section. If you don’t understand why you need to have a Realtor section, check out our affiliate program.
For your Loan Modification, Credit Repair & Pre Paid Legal sections, visit the Partner page for instructions on how to enroll in these programs & obtain your custom links. While Ken can set up the sections for you, you still have to go and get your custom links.
Loan Modifications: When you input your information in our partner page, you will be contacted by the Vice President of our partner company who will set you up with a custom contact form for your website. Then, when people input their information in your custom contact form, our loan modification experts will reach out to them and if they close a sale, you’ll get paid! So once you recieve the link to your contact form, email Ken at info@shortsaleblogring.com and ask him to install the link to the loan modification section of your website.
Credit Repair: You can sign up online by following the instructions on our partner page. If you have questions, email Blakely Peppinger only after you sign up at: bpeppinger@progrexion.com
Pre-Paid Legal: If you have not been contacted by a Short Sale Blog Ring member, request an agent orientation by emailing info@shortsaleblogring.com
Q: How long will it take for me to start seeing results?
A: This depends entirely on you. If you go through our fast start guide, opt in to train with Kevin & go through all of our material, you could very well be generating hundreds of leads a week within 30 days of starting your blog. I strongly recommend that you hit the ground running, but only after you go through our training. Don’t waste your time writing hundreds of articles only to realize you have not optimized any of them for lead generation.
Q: How much money can I make on your system?
A: My success is just that, my success. I can’t guarantee any results nor would I, because that would be foolish. I have no idea how passionate you are about your business. With that said, my system is set up to generate hundreds of leads per day, which can easily lead to a few sales conversions a week. So if you currently generate more then a hundred leads for your business a day, then by all means, stick with your own marketing strategy.
